Visureader – a book through the eyes of computer
The word visureader consists of two words “visualization” and “reader”. The program shows us what it has read.
In general the idea of Visureader is the following: the program turns a text into a series of images. The elementary form is a series of images like comics. The most complicated form is making a film.
The program reads a text trying to understand it. Let’s analyze such a text selection: “The hare is running along the forest path and gathering apples, which fell down on the pathside.
Theoretically the program should form the following sequence of pictures:
Step 1. Choosing the basis – forest;
Step 2. Hare, path;
Step 3. Apples.
All this can be brought to elementary figures, complicating the process of analysis and visualization afterwards.
The problem of making such an analyzer is rather difficult. At present we just don’t have an idea how to realize it. But programming technologies and hardware surrounding are increasing so fast, that this fancy will be brought into life in the nearest future.
Probably, there will be such devices to connect to our TV-sets, like modern players, which will read e-books to us in the form of a film. These devices will bring unpredictability in scripts because of errors in your own interpretation of the original.
